OVERVIEW General trading terms.
TERMS Strictly 50% with order balance prior to delivery. (cleared funds)
In certain circumstances and for deliveries being dispatched within 21 days, we reserve the right to request
full payment with order. These circumstances include transactions during the Covid 19 pandemic crises.
Standard rate 21% Vat / TVA/sales tax is applied to all sales in the Republic of Ireland.
Vat / TVA/sales tax is not charged on sales within EU (Excluding ROI) on submission of valid Vat number.
If a valid vat number is not submitted VAT at the standard rate (21%) must be applied.

Lead times for POD ® bunks and PowerStations® 120/140 days.
Standard Bunks and stock items 21- 90 days depending on stock levels.
Delivery, assembly, and removal of packaging are not included in pricing unless so stated in writing.
Product liability does not extend to USA or Canada.
Delivery prices, if applicable, are best estimates at time of quotation and subject to change
Prices are exclusive of VAT, Duties, and taxes, customs clearance, and local storage charges.
Sleeptite Bunks do not accept any responsibility or liability arising from shipping, customs, and delivery delays.
The dispatch date refers to the date the goods leave our warehouse.
Prices held firm for 14 days on the understanding exchange rates stay within a 2% band.
Title in goods does not pass to purchaser until paid for in full including interest and or debt recovery costs.

located at www.sleeptite.ie.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use
